Thanks for taking a look at my blog! My Beauty Tales is a blog about my failures and finds in skin care and cosmetics. My obsession with skin care began almost 30 years ago, when at age 13 my I got my first few pimples. Oh yes, that was just the start of a very long battle against the zit! I will write a separate post about my acne, and how it didn't just stop at being "teenage" acne but stayed to carry on plaguing me into my 30's. Now in my 40's, I am working to improve my uneven skin texture (from pimples scars!) whilst launching a new battle against ageing (oh yay, it doesn't rain!). I will be doing product reviews and sharing my lucky finds in the hope that it will help others. I will also be writing posts about health and well being because, after all, beauty is not just skin deep!
